The School is once again thrilled to have received a letter from the Government, acknowledging the hard work everyone here has been putting into improving pupil outcomes! Well done and thank you to everyone involved!
This is a nurturing environment where children, staff, parents and governors know each other and share a common understanding of the School’s purpose – to ‘aim high’ and through shared understanding of Gospel values, ensure that the potential of every child is fully achieved. Our children are happy, sociable, well-behaved and value our diversity, which enriches everything we do. We are recognised as ‘outstanding’ by the local authority and are confident this will be endorsed at our next Ofsted inspection.

The Parents and Staff of St Mary Magdalen’s held a very special event on Thursday, 8th February. All of the pupils were invited to attend the ‘Valentine’s Disco’ which was held after school. Many of the pupils wore red as the theme, with many different shades on show in the hall.
The children enjoyed hot dogs, crisps, sweets and drinks whilst listening and dancing to an extensive playlist.
The event raised £440, which will be used to fund some new and exciting books across the school for our theme- Environment- next term.
