This is a nurturing environment where children, staff, parents and governors know each other and share a common understanding of the School’s purpose – to ‘aim high’ and through shared understanding of Gospel values, ensure that the potential of every child is fully achieved. Our children are happy, sociable, well-behaved and value our diversity, which enriches everything we do. We are recognised as ‘outstanding’ by the local authority and are confident this will be endorsed at our next Ofsted inspection.

What A Spot-Tacular Day!

Year 4 with Pudsey
On Friday 18 November, children came dressed up in their spotty clothes to help support the BBC Children in Need fundraiser.  Pupils and staff attended School wearing their finest spots to raise awareness and support for the many UK children living in poverty or with a disability.

As a Rights Respecting School (RRS) which has been exploring British and Catholic Values, we have an ongoing commitment to putting children’s rights at the heart of our School.  This fundraiser was a fantastic way to show our support for the children in the UK who are less fortunate than ourselves.

A huge thank you to the children and everyone who took part in this event. We'd also like to thank Pudsey bear for making a special appearance.

We now look forward to our next event - Christmas Jumper Day, a Save the Children charity fundraising event which will raise money for children in need around the world.
