This is a nurturing environment where children, staff, parents and governors know each other and share a common understanding of the School’s purpose – to ‘aim high’ and through shared understanding of Gospel values, ensure that the potential of every child is fully achieved. Our children are happy, sociable, well-behaved and value our diversity, which enriches everything we do. We are recognised as ‘outstanding’ by the local authority and are confident this will be endorsed at our next Ofsted inspection.

'Primary Proms' - Music for Youth

The School was fortunate to obtain tickets for Years Five and Year Six to go to the Royal Albert Hall. This has become an annual event for our pupils, to enjoy live music, played by young people, for young people.

Children aged from nine to eighteen years entertained us with a broad range of music including classical, jazz, blues, gospel and calypso. Their talent shone from a solo performance from Jenny part of the Hackney Gospel Choir, to classical performances of which a professional orchestra would be proud.

Year Six then produced journalistic articles as part of their English curriculm.  These will be on display in Year Six for you to enjoy.

A big thank you to parents and to Governors who accompanied staff and pupils on this educational journey.
