This is a nurturing environment where children, staff, parents and governors know each other and share a common understanding of the School’s purpose – to ‘aim high’ and through shared understanding of Gospel values, ensure that the potential of every child is fully achieved. Our children are happy, sociable, well-behaved and value our diversity, which enriches everything we do. We are recognised as ‘outstanding’ by the local authority and are confident this will be endorsed at our next Ofsted inspection.

Dance Club trip to Catford Broadway Theatre

Before the performance
On Thursday 5 March our Dance Club performed ‘Gravity Free’ at Catford Broadway Theatre to a packed house.  The performance was part of Lewisham Live – a festival of music and dance that celebrates the talents of young people across Lewisham and beyond.

Fourteen other groups took part, including St.Stephen’s CE Primary, John Bull Primary, Holy Trinity CE Primary, Haberdashers’ Aske’s Knights Academy, Forest Hill School, Prendergast Vale College and Lewisham/Southwark College.

During the technical rehearsal
Very well done to all the children who took part and many thanks to Mrs Labiche for accompanying the children on the evening.

"Last night was thrilling, there were so many different dancers aged from 5 to 18, it was amazing. After we performed, everyone was ecstatic!" Year 6 pupil.

"That was awesome yesterday. At first I was really worried but then it was really fun!" Year 5 pupil.
