This is a nurturing environment where children, staff, parents and governors know each other and share a common understanding of the School’s purpose – to ‘aim high’ and through shared understanding of Gospel values, ensure that the potential of every child is fully achieved. Our children are happy, sociable, well-behaved and value our diversity, which enriches everything we do. We are recognised as ‘outstanding’ by the local authority and are confident this will be endorsed at our next Ofsted inspection.

Parent/Governor Open Afternoon - 19 November

There have been a number of changes recently on the School's Governing Body and the new Chair (Mr Danny McGrath) will be available on the afternoon of 19 November (3.45-4.30pm) to meet with parents and to answer any questions you may have about the role of the Governing Body.  Other Governors and Mr. McGlasson-West, our Head Teacher, will also be present to present aspects of the School's updated 'Raising Achievement Plan' and our end of Key Stage 1 and 2 data for last year.

Should you have specific questions to ask the Governors or Head Teacher it would be helpful if you were to put these in writing and hand them into the School office no later than Friday 15 November.

In addition, Chartwells (the School's caterers) will, between 3.30–3.45pm, be providing samples from their menus for you to taste.  We have also arranged a crèche for your children during the above.  Please drop your children off in the Year 2 classroom.
